How do I login to my e-mail?
If you have hired DM Blocks Hosting plan that means you get free email! To login into your e-mail address account please visit https://webmail.dmblocks.host/ and use your full e-mail address as your username and the password sent to the administrator.
For accounts that have hired G Suite plan for the email address visit https://mail.google.com/ to login.
How can I upload files to my website?
When you hired any of our hosting plans, you will get a FTP user credentials.
You can use your favorite FTP client to login and upload files to your website, we recommend using FileZilla.
Use this information to login:
- Host: yourdomain.com
- Protocol: FTP
- Port: 21
- Folder: /web (optional)
- Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available
Is my website secure?
Our hosting plans comes with a basic SSL certificate by default. It protects your sensitive information as it travels across the user’s computer to your website.
With this certificate you can accept online payments on your websites. The certificate is issued by Let’s Encrypt.
If you’re looking for an Extended Certificate or a Wildcard Certificate please contact us.
Can I send or receive emails on my smartphone?
Yes, you can configure your email address on your Outlook, iOS device, Android device, Windows or any other device compatible with IMAP/POP3 protocols. Here are the mail client settings:

- IMAP Port: 993
- POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: alt1.aspmx.l.dmblocks.host
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
- SMTP Port: 465
